Bondstone co-invests alongside professional investors seeking a reputable and reliable local partner to pursue real estate opportunities in Portugal. Since 2016 the group has successfully structured and developed an interesting portfolio of real estate assets, involving projects that represent a total investment of €150 million and an asset value of circa €190 million

over the years

LOUVRE CAPITAL

is established by Paulo Loureiro (a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in New York and MBA alumni from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business) and acquires its first real estate project in Lisbon, investing €8m in the development of a 21-unit luxury residential building

OPENS ITS OFFICE

in Lisbon and adds three new residential projects to its portfolio (Scenic, The Nest and Excluxive). The firm closes 2017 with a pipeline of four residential projects totaling 13,500 sqm and €55m in AuM

THE TEAM GROWS

to 10 people, providing a unique mix of real estate know-how and financial expertise. The company starts four new projects in Lisbon and Cascais, adding 11,500sqm to its portfolio. Towards the end of 2018 the company held a pipeline of eight projects totaling 25,000sqm, 120 units and an AuM of €100m

FIRST JOINT-VENTURE

The company closes on a 35m project in Porto in a 50/50 joint venture with Violas Ferreira Group – a leading Portuguese family office deeply committed to the local commercial real estate industry. The firm ends the year 2019 with two offices (head office in Lisbon and a regional office in Porto) and a pipeline of nine residential projects (totaling 35,000 sqm, representing an investment of over 100m).

The group adopts a new brand (Bondstone) and establishes itself as a real estate private equity firm seeking to invest in select asset classes and investment styles. Louvre Properties remains as the high-end residential brand of Bondstone’s group. Arnaud Khodara joins the firm as a Principal

Bondstone closes a €60m project in Lisbon in a 50/50 joint venture with Legendre Group.
