Greenstone: Exclusive Villas Condominium in Porto presented in a unique event

Casa de Montevideu, in Porto, was the stage for the presentation of the Greenstone project, the new residential condominium that is being built in Foz, in the city of Porto. The event promoted by Bondstone, JLL and Predibisa was attended by about 100 guests, including potential clients, the developer Bondstone and the architect José Carlos Cruz, who signs the project. Besides the exhibition of the stunning condominium, during the event there was also time for a presentation of WeWood, the Portuguese design brand responsible for the decoration of the model floor that will be available for visits in mid-June.

Greenstone is a project with high level villas, spacious and surrounded by green spaces, in a privileged location, next to the new Nun’Alvares avenue which connects the Praça do Império and the Boavista avenue, two minutes away from the beach and in one of the most important avenues of the city. Of the 36 available fractions, 23 have already been sold, with only 13 remaining for sale. Under construction since the beginning of the year by the construction company ACA – Engenharia e Construção, the work is well underway and should be completed by the end of 2023.
