Lecture on Real Estate finance at the Nova School of Business and Economics

For the second year in a row, Bondstone gave a lecture on real estate finance at the Nova School of Business and Economics on November 9, 2022. The two-hour lecture will be given to students attending Nova’s SBE’s Masters program by Bondstone’s CIO & CFO, António Pereira Dias, together with Bruno Silva, Bondstone’s Investment Director. The two executives will provide a brief overview of the firm’s investment strategy, will dive into macro-economic trends currently affecting the real estate industry, will lay out the vast array of investment structures available when allocating capital, and will describe the market fundamentals a private equity real estate firm considers when structuring and underwriting an investment opportunity. In the wake of last year’s lecture, tens of students applied to Bondstone’s 2022 Summer Internship Program. We selected two of them who have successfully completed their summer gig and later decided to join the firm in a permanent position as Jr. Analyst (Tomás Vale and Margarida Duarte) We’re always thrilled and honored to share our private equity expertise and discuss it with Nova SBE’s students.
