We are honored to have one of our most iconic projects, Alexandre Herculano 41, selected to be one of the only four finalists for this year’s SIC Expressoprestigious Real Estate Awards for Best Residential Restoration.

Born in 1886, Alexandre Herculano 41 is a majestic residential building located in the heart of #Lisbon and typical of the late 19th century development.

More than 130 years later, we are proud to have brought back its classic soul to the city of Lisbon. The restoration of this five-floor building kept its noble façade and preserved its traditional features such as carpentry designs, cornices, and artistic ceiling ornaments.
