Greenstone, the most recent luxury development from Bondstone, a Private Equity Real Estate firm, is a reference residential project located in the exclusive Nevogilde area (Foz, in Porto, with more than 30% of the units already sold and with the project representing a total investment of over €28 million.
ACA – Engenharia & Construção, the master contractor for this project, broke ground this week on the project, which is expected to be completed by year-end 2023.
The Greenstone project will be developed across seven distinct blocks, each with three floors, totaling 36 townhouses, all of them with wide open views and typologies ranging from 2-bedroom units all the way to 4-bedroom duplexes, including “Garden Villas” and “Town Houses”, benefiting from private gardens and the “Sky Villa” Penthouses which include private terraces and, in some cases, private pools. The exquisite architectural design of the project was curated by the renowned atelier of José Carlos Cruz, presenting a perfect symbiosis between two realities – the historical aspect of that unique urban location, and the accentuated presence from nature.
