Bondstone has recently created a new accounting team to support its growth strategy, coordinated by Mário Pinheiro as its new Head of Accounting. The new department will internalise a set of critical functions for real-time monitoring of the investments managed by the group, allowing a quicker and more effective response to our investors.

Mário Pinheiro has over 20 years of experience in accounting, treasury and procurement, having previously served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as Administrative and Financial Director in several companies and different industries (namely logistics, automotive and agroindustry). The new Head of Accounting obtained a degree in Accounting and Tax and a Master in Management.

Still in the academic field, Mário Pinheiro was also a visiting Assistant Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, having lectured several accounting courses.

Following his appointment as Head of Accounting at Bondstone, Mário said: “After going through multiple experiences in monitoring companies in different industries, I am very excited about this challenge proposed by Bondstone and the possibility of contributing to an ambitious investment plan in Portugal. The team is focused on positioning Bondstone as the leading reference in investment and management of real estate assets in Portugal”.
