Casa de Montevideu, in Porto, was the stage for the presentation of the Greenstone project, the new residential condominium that is being built in Foz, in the city of Porto. The event promoted by Bondstone, JLL and Predibisa was attended by about 100 guests, including potential clients, the developer Bondstone and the architect José Carlos Cruz, who signs the project.
Besides the exhibition of the stunning condominium, during the event there was also time for a presentation of WeWood, the Portuguese design brand responsible for the decoration of the model floor that will be available for visits in mid-June.
Greenstone is a project with high level villas, spacious and surrounded by green spaces, in a privileged location, next to the new Nun’Alvares avenue which connects the Praça do Império and the Boavista avenue, two minutes away from the beach and in one of the most important avenues of the city. The development is the ideal choice for those seeking to live in an urban environment and, at the same time, enjoy the tranquility that nature provides, representing one of the most attractive real estate proposals in the city. Of the 36 available fractions, 23 have already been sold, with only 13 remaining for sale.
Under construction since the beginning of the year by the construction company ACA – Engenharia e Construção, the work is well underway and should be completed by the end of 2023. The development is promoted by Louvre Properties, from the Bondstone group, representing an investment of over 30 million euros. This project, which will bring to Porto one of the most sophisticated residential complexes of today, is co-exclusively marketed by JLL and Predibisa.
Frederico Pedro Nunes, Bondstone’s Chief Operations Officer, says “We are very excited to present Greenstone in this private event, an elegant and sophisticated residential project inserted in a rural environment context, characterized by comfort, security and privacy with large outdoor green spaces, located in Porto’s most exclusive residential neighborhood by the hands of Architect José Carlos Cruz, which has 65% of the units sold, revealing great attractiveness to Porto families. The construction of the development continues at a good pace and with the delivery forecast within the planned timings – which makes us quite satisfied.”
