Bondstone, through its brand Louvre Properties, kicked off the last commercial phase of its first residential project in Cascais, The Coral, with only three units available.
Located in the Gandarinha area, this luxury project represents an investment of 15 million euros and has already more than 80% of the units sold. Under the responsibility of Tecniarte, the construction work is scheduled to be concluded in the last quarter of 2023.
With a total of 15 luxury apartments, from one to four bedroom. The units have large living areas and balconies overlooking the bay of Cascais and the Atlantic Ocean. The Coral features the contemporary design of Atelier AAVV, which was born from the merger of the architectural studios PMC and ARCA, being the first project of this union. With a geometric matrix of volumes, angles and shadows, in The Coral, the integration with the surroundings was paramount and the attention to detail a commitment, highlighting the pigmented concrete façade, which takes on a terracotta tone in a gesture of urban and landscape relationship with the place.
