Bárbara is an Associate at Bondstone, supporting the Legal & Compliance team, to provide legal advice to the ongoing projects and future investments, and to enforce our stringent compliance and AML obligations.
Prior to joining the firm, Bárbara worked for 2 years as an Associate, providing legal support and advice in different areas such as real estate, corporate law, insolvency, banking or finance law, to a variety of corporate and individual clients. Bárbara started her career at SPS Advogados where she spent 2.5 years, first as a legal intern and then as an Associate dealing principally with litigation and insolvency proceedings mainly related to mortgage and consumer credits.
Bárbara holds a Law degree from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice, majoring in Tax and Finance Law, from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. Bárbara is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Bondstone is a private equity real estate investment and asset management firm exclusively focused on the Portuguese market, investing across select asset classes and investment styles.
