Bruna Prinzo is a Lawyer at Bondstone, coordinating the firm’s Legal & Compliance team. Prior to joining the team in 2020, Bruna served as a lawyer at Duarte, Mota & Dinis (DMD) Sociedade de Advogados, RL, focusing on real estate, urbanism and corporate law.
Bruna holds a Law Degree and a Master Degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of University of Lisbon and is currently attending postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance at CIDP – Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado. Bruna is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017. Bruna is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Bondstone is a private equity real estate investment and asset management firm exclusively focused on the Portuguese market, investing across select asset classes and investment styles.
