João is a Director at Bondstone, focusing on the operational management of the firm’s real estate projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, João worked as a Site Manager at Teixeira Duarte, where he was involved in several residential projects including two large-scale luxury complexes in Cascais. Prior to that, João served as a Project Manager at Jular, a renowned Portuguese timber structures company, being responsible for the design and assembling of several projects in Portugal and Angola.
João holds a MSc degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (with major in Construction Management) and is an effective member of the Portuguese Chamber of Chartered Engineers (Ordem dos Engenheiros). João is fluent in Portuguese and English
