Bondstone begins construction of Greenstone in Porto
Bondstone is developing its first luxury development in Porto, a flagship residential project located in the Foz area, in the parish of Nevogilde. Greenstone, which represents an investment exceeding 28 million euros, has just begun construction by ACA – Engenharia & Construção, with completion expected by the end of 2023, and more than 30% of the units are already sold.
The Greenstone condominium is composed of seven distinct modules, each with three floors, encompassing 36 homes with unobstructed views and typologies of T2, T3, or T4, in Duplex formats – “Garden Villa” and “Town House,” with private gardens – and Penthouses on the top floor – the “Sky Villa,” with private terraces and some including pools. The architectural project is designed by the renowned atelier José Carlos Cruz, proposing a perfect symbiosis between the two existing urban realities – in addition to the historical aspect of the location, evident from the scale of adjacent buildings, neighborhood relationships, and the prominent presence of nature. The architect opted for stone materials to clad the facades, complemented by translucent glass, thus endowing Greenstone with a luxury and formal sustainability characteristic of the privileged area of Porto in which it is located – just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the beach.
