Frederico Pedro Nunes is Bondstone's new Chief Operating Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese Real Estate market, Frederico is in charge of continuing the company’s growth trajectory in Portugal Frederico Pedro Nunes has just taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bondstone – private equity specialized in the development and management of real estate projects in several segments, and whose mission is to attract international investment for the development of Portuguese cities. Three years old, Bondstone already has nine projects in its portfolio, distributed between Lisbon and Porto, and aims to reach 12 projects by 2023. With over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese Real Estate market, Frederico Pedro Nunes will contribute to leverage Bondstone’s current portfolio of projects and to reinforce the development of new projects that promote the potential of national cities. “Given the ambition, the growth potential and the relevance Bondstone has already achieved in the market, it became impossible to refuse this invitation,” says Frederico Pedro Nunes, COO at Bondstone. “With my integration in the team, I hope not only to financially maximize the current projects, but also to support the development of new projects, in different segments, that promote the quality of life and sustainability of the cities where our projects are located, through a process of close cooperation with public and private entities, but also with the local community.”

Frederico Pedro Nunes has a degree in Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and, in the last 20 years, he performed several roles in the Real Estate market, namely Head of Development at Novo Banco Real Estate Group and, previously, Chief Development Officer at Vilamoura World. Bondstone, a private equity specialized in the development and management of real estate projects in Portugal, in several segments, integrates in its structure Louvre Properties that developed, during the last years, several reference residential projects in Lisbon.
