Portugal's Minister for the Environment visits Arcaya

Last Friday, on January 17th, we had the honor of welcoming the Portuguese Minister for Environment and Energy, Maria Da Graça Carvalho, and the Mayor of Loulé, Vítor Aleixo, to visit our project Arcaya in the Algarve.

It was a special moment that highlighted the success of our project, in which we had the opportunity to share our new approach to sustainable construction, incorporating efficient water management systems, reforestation of a 70-hectare land plot, off-site and dry construction methods. These practices minimize environmental impact and contribute to preserving local ecosystems while promoting innovation in real estate development.

This visit highlighted the importance of the collaboration between the public and private sectors in driving innovative and responsible solutions for a more sustainable future.
