Bondstone Group, through its brand Louvre Properties, has begun construction on its first residential project in Cascais, in the Gandarinha area. The Coral represents a €15 million investment and construction started this week, with over 50% of the units already reserved. The project is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2023.

The residential development will consist of 15 exclusive units ranging from T1 to T4 typologies, divided into “prime, sky, city, and ocean view flats,” “green villas,” and “penthouses” – with unobstructed sea views from the upper floors and some units featuring private gardens and pools, reminiscent of villa living.

The concept of The Coral is primarily inspired by its prestigious location in the Gandarinha residential area. Just a few meters from the ocean, this project offers the privilege of walking peacefully while enjoying the center of Cascais, the recently renovated marina, Boca do Inferno, and various beaches. Combining the sea with nature, it is a short distance from Lisbon and the main communication routes in the country. The fishing village of Cascais is known for its relaxed yet cosmopolitan lifestyle, with various exhibitions, concerts, sports competitions, and nautical events showcasing its potential and international recognition.

The Coral features contemporary design by PMC Architects, which boasts a portfolio of high architectural quality projects. For The Coral, the architecture firm focused on a geometric matrix of volumes, angles, and shadows. Integration with the surroundings was crucial, and attention to detail was a commitment, highlighted by the facade in pigmented concrete that captures the typical terracotta tone of the region.

Paulo Loureiro, founder and CEO of Bondstone Group, emphasized the real estate market’s positive reception of The Coral, with sales accelerating in the last quarter, noting that “it is a timeless project designed to meet the needs of both the national and international markets.”
