The Coral: the new €15 million project in Cascais

Louvre Properties, part of the Bondstone group, unveils its fifth luxury residential project and the first outside the center of Lisbon. In the prestigious area of Gandarinha, Cascais, emerges The Coral – representing a €15 million investment. Soon to rise is a new luxury residential development on Avenida 25 de Abril, in one of Cascais’ most coveted locations – Gandarinha. Strategically located just meters away from the Atlantic Ocean, The Coral offers 15 apartments – ranging from T1 to T4 – with unobstructed views on the upper floors. The new apartments boast spacious areas and balconies that overlook unforgettable panoramas, such as the bay of Cascais, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sintra mountains. Just like in the previous projects launched by Louvre Properties in Lisbon – which proved to be a commercial success – the interiors of the apartments are meticulously designed, with comfortable suites featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and common areas that exploit natural light and the surrounding landscape. The ground floor houses also feature spacious gardens and private pools that invite families to enjoy the tranquility of the Gandarinha neighborhood. Catering to different lifestyles, The Coral homes are divided into ‘Green Villas’ (ground floor with garden and private pool), ‘City Flats’ (T1 and T3 on floors 1 and 2 facing Av. 25 de abril), ‘Prime Flats’ (T3 on floors 1 and 2 facing the bay of Cascais), and ‘Sky Flats’ (T2 located on the upper floors with views of the Sintra mountains or the Atlantic Ocean). The development also features two exclusive apartments – the ‘Penthouse’ and the ‘Ocean View’ – which benefit from a private pool, ample landscaped outdoor spaces, and panoramic views, comprising four bedrooms and spacious social areas. The Coral boasts architecture by PMC Architects – known for projects such as the Pestana Troia Eco-Resort and the new headquarters of Vieira de Almeida in Lisbon. Paulo Loureiro, CEO of Bondstone, highlights the focus on “contemporary design, comfort, and sophistication,” emphasizing that the goal has always been the “development of a timeless project, where integration with the surroundings and project sustainability were top priorities.” In this regard, the facade of the new project retrieves the typical terracotta tone of the region, creating a building that promises to be an architectural landmark in Cascais. Just 200 meters from the coastline, the excellent location of the new development allows easy walking access to the center of the village of Cascais, marina, and beach. A few steps from a cycle path that extends to Guincho, The Coral also invites morning or late afternoon walks by the sea and encourages a peaceful lifestyle, close to nature.”.
